Some friends come and go, but sometimes you get really lucky and you have a few lifelong friends.
Friends from different parts of your life...from early childhood, from school, friends of friends that just fit.
I feel so blessed when I think about it, just knowing that they care, that they are there for me.
We've all had different paths and I've watched many of my friends marry and have their babies. I've held the little ones in my arms and have watched them grow over the years.
All of these friends now support me unconditionally in my adoption journey. Even the little ones understand and are excited to meet the baby !
